Childcare Teacher Full-Time

Responsibilities

Daycare Teachers, Leads, and Teacher Assistants, Great Pay, Full Benefit Package, Career Development

  • Provide exceptional care and security in a Christ-centered atmosphere
  • Employ a variety of educational techniques to teach children and facilitate curriculum daily
  • Organize nap and feeding times and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
  • Communicate with parents regularly
  • Collaborate with other educators
  • Continuing education and training, as well as networking and development
  • Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards

Skills

  • Proven experience in childcare and an expressed interest in childcare work
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
  • Cool-tempered, friendly, and able to communicate effectively with parents and co-workers
  • Extremely reliable
  • Certification in child CPR and First Aid preferred, but we will provide training
  • Associates or Bachelors in Early Childhood Development or a CDA preferred, but we will provide CDA training

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand for prolonged period of time
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

     

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
